Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and evaluate production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, quality control procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality management systems.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve operational targets and foster a safe work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) beyond basic user functions.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and automation technologies.
