Salary Range: $139,000 - $190,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all daily plant operations to achieve production, quality, and safety targets.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, cost efficiency, and waste reduction.
  • Manage the plant budget, control expenses, and ensure financial performance meets established goals.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and manage plant personnel, fostering a high-performance and engaged workforce.
  • Oversee maintenance and reliability programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence throughout the facility.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Minimum 7-10 years of manufacturing operations experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and drive cost control initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Experience with new plant commissioning or significant capital project management
  • Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools for operational insights (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment
