Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Execute corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
• Install, set up, and commission new manufacturing equipment.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for repair and maintenance.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, motors).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with preventative and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience
• Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick)
• Experience with CMMS/EAM software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
• Robotics or automation system maintenance experience
