Salary Range: $57,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Install, commission, and modify new electrical equipment, wiring, and control systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical components to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions using multimeters, circuit tracers, and other testing devices.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Adhere strictly to electrical codes, safety regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company policies.
- Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and HMI systems.
Recommended Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial electrical certification.
- 3-5+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial control systems, PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls.
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and NFPA 70E safety standards.
- Experience with power distribution systems, three-phase motors, and preventive maintenance programs.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with industrial automation and robotics systems.
- Advanced troubleshooting or programming proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) from various manufacturers.
- Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus TCP).
- Experience with instrumentation, calibration, and process control systems.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with minor fabrication for electrical installations.
