Salary Range: $63,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Hudsonville that are seeking skilled Training Manager / Coordinators. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate external training providers and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) and track employee training progress.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and job aids.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Ensure all training activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
