Salary Range: $103,000 - $150,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and optimize value streams to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track value stream performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive the adoption of Lean principles and tools throughout the value stream.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage resource allocation and budget for value stream initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the value stream to ensure smooth operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and their practical application (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across all organizational levels.
