Salary Range: $67,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Wayland seeking experienced Training Manager / Coordinators. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate external training providers and manage training schedules.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps within production teams.
• Maintain accurate training records and track employee completion rates.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) for course assignments and record-keeping.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and manage training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
