Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
• Support the onboarding and continuous development of new manufacturing hires.
• Manage the training budget and resources effectively.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in training program development and delivery, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
