Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to optimize efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and minimize stockouts.
• Implement and maintain a robust inventory management system, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse environment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of warehouse personnel.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Proven track record of implementing and maintaining safety protocols and compliance standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish.
• Forklift operator certification.
