Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holt seeking Warehouse Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
• Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and capacity.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to coordinate material flow and meet customer demands.
• Implement and manage a robust inventory control system, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) and best practices
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of warehouse personnel
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for inventory management.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI) for reporting and process improvement.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or demonstrated commitment to advanced safety protocols.
• Experience with automated warehouse systems (e.g., AS/RS, AGVs).
