Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Mason seeking Working Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the daily activities of production associates.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to manufacturing personnel.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Conduct quality checks on products and processes to ensure adherence to standards.
• Assist in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions for team members.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
