Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and industrial robots.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with automated production equipment.
- Optimize existing automation systems to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for automation systems.
- Ensure all automated systems adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Recommended Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Allen-Bradley) for control system design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA system development and configuration (e.g., Ignition, WinCC, FactoryTalk View) for user interfaces and data acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate and program industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) into manufacturing processes.
- Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP) and network architecture.
- Expertise in the selection, integration, and calibration of sensors, vision systems, and other automation hardware.
Bonus Qualifications
- Strong understanding of data acquisition, visualization, and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Ignition MES)
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen) for process optimization
- Experience with advanced robotic applications (e.g., collaborative robots, machine vision systems, autonomous mobile robots)
- Understanding of industrial cybersecurity principles and best practices for operational technology (OT) environments
