Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
• Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems for automated machinery.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex electrical and control system failures.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control system documentation.
• Optimize existing control systems for performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production teams.
• Lead commissioning and startup activities for new equipment and production lines.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex automation system issues in a production environment.
• Knowledge of industrial instrumentation, sensors, actuators, and motor control devices (e.g., VFDs, servo drives).
• Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical schematics and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) integration and programming.
• Proficiency with SQL databases and industrial historians (e.g., OSIsoft PI) for data collection and reporting.
• Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for quality control applications.
• Understanding of industrial network architecture and cybersecurity best practices for OT environments.
