Salary Range: $128,000 - $179,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, including month-end close and preparation of financial statements.
• Manage the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Direct cost accounting activities, including standard cost development, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced financial modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and their financial implications.
• Experience with ERP system implementations or significant upgrades within a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to international accounting standards (IFRS) or multi-currency financial reporting.
