Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and debug PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications for manufacturing equipment.
• Design, specify, and implement industrial control systems, including electrical schematics and network architectures.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex automation systems on the production floor.
• Integrate various control components such as robots, vision systems, and motion control devices.
• Perform system commissioning, testing, and startup of new machinery and process lines.
• Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and safety compliance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for control systems, programs, and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi) and ladder logic, structured text.
• Experience developing and deploying HMI/SCADA systems (e.g., FactoryTalk View, WinCC, Ignition).
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and debug complex automation systems, electrical, and control issues.
• Familiarity with industrial robotics, servo motion control, or vision systems in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with SQL databases and data historian systems (e.g., OSIsoft PI).
• Knowledge of advanced industrial networking protocols and cybersecurity principles.
