Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs related to parts, labor, and external services.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency through effective maintenance strategies and rapid response to breakdowns.
• Oversee the procurement, inventory, and management of critical spare parts and tools.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and improve equipment reliability.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the maintenance department.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and advanced diagnostic tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLC troubleshooting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience managing capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
• Proficiency with advanced CMMS administration and data analytics for predictive maintenance.
