Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical operational technology (OT) systems, including SCADA, MES, and PLC networks.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of IT infrastructure and production-critical systems to minimize manufacturing downtime.
• Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures to protect manufacturing intellectual property and operational data.
• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and support of plant-specific hardware, software, and industrial IoT devices.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Develop and manage IT budgets for manufacturing operations, optimizing technology investments and operational costs.
• Ensure IT systems and processes comply with industry regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT leadership and strategy within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Deep expertise in managing and optimizing manufacturing-specific IT/OT systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, PLCs).
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data integrity for operational technology (OT) environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects, manage budgets, and drive digital transformation initiatives in production settings.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, and advanced analytics for manufacturing efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or specific ERP modules used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP PP, QM, PM).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with cybersecurity for Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
