Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
  • Administer employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions specific to a manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA and manufacturing-specific regulations.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Coordinate and deliver HR-related training programs, focusing on safety, compliance, and skills development for factory personnel.
  • Support workers' compensation claims management and actively promote a safe working culture.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and leverage HRIS for data management and reporting.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA regulations
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for various manufacturing roles
  • Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and workplace safety programs

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a unionized workforce.
  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
