Salary Range: $108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Manage, train, and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to manage inventory levels and material flow effectively.
• Manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in manufacturing operations management, including direct supervision of production teams.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage production schedules, budgets, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and automation solutions.
