Salary Range: $142,000 - $193,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and manage plant staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage the plant budget, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards within a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in optimizing production schedules, improving workflow, and managing inventory.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
