Salary Range: $142,000 - $193,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage plant staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the plant budget, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and operational efficiency principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Demonstrated ability to manage plant P&L, budgets, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
- Excellent knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards within a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in optimizing production schedules, improving workflow, and managing inventory.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, Industry 4.0)
- Proven track record in P&L management and strategic business planning
- MBA or advanced degree in a related technical or business field
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly relevant for global operations or diverse workforces
