Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and prevent production delays.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, and warehousing to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand forecasts with production and supply capabilities.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance, fostering strong relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory optimization, and lean principles.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
• APICS/ASCM certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, CLTD)
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with ERP system implementation, optimization, or module configuration (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
