Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, from scope definition to successful delivery.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with production goals.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for manufacturing initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with production processes, supply chain, and new product introductions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain personnel.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report status to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols within the manufacturing environment.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization efforts through effective project management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Waterfall).
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing project budgets and schedules effectively.
• Adept at risk identification, mitigation, and problem-solving specific to manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
• Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations
• Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., robotics, PLCs, SCADA)
• Background in supply chain management or logistics
