Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, execution, and closure for manufacturing initiatives (e.g., NPI, process improvements).
  • Define project scope, objectives, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with manufacturing strategy.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to production, quality, and project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, manage changes, and ensure adherence to manufacturing quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation to achieve cost-effective and timely project completion.
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to all relevant stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and mitigate risks effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
  • Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts or manufacturing automation.
  • Experience managing capital equipment installation or facility expansion projects.
  • Proficiency with CAD software or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
