Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, implement, and maintain production tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products (DFM).
• Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for process enhancement and defect reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
• Proficiency with CAD software for tooling, fixture, and process layout design.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex manufacturing process issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau)
• Hands-on experience with industrial robotics and automation systems
