Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, procure, and validate manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Provide daily production support and troubleshooting to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, BOMs, and routings.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth production ramp-up.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations or product defects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process improvement.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling and fixture design.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with process optimization, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced automation, robotics, or vision systems
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process optimization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
