Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures in production machinery.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems.
• Install, align, and commission new industrial machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including LOTO procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial production machinery.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
• Technical degree or vocational certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience
• Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick)
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
