Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Lead and manage internal, customer, and supplier quality audits to ensure compliance and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle to ensure all manufactured goods meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, and FMEA.
• Manage, train, and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality awareness.
• Analyze quality data, metrics, and trends to identify root causes of defects and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality principles throughout manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 or other relevant Quality Management Systems (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Strong understanding and application of statistical process control (SPC), Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop quality teams, drive continuous improvement, and resolve complex quality issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with specific QMS software platforms (e.g., MasterControl, ETQ Reliance)
