Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Oversee all quality control and assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and audits.
• Manage and lead the quality assurance team, providing training and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet specified quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Conduct internal and external audits (supplier, customer, certification) to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to integrate quality processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage non-conforming materials and products, ensuring proper disposition and effective corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Proficiency in advanced quality tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100)
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience managing supplier quality development and auditing programs
• Demonstrated experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) quality processes (e.g., APQP, PPAP)
