Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Paw Paw that are seeking Quality Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all product quality aspects from incoming materials to final product release.
• Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes and products.
• Manage, train, and develop the quality assurance and quality control teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Plan and execute internal and external quality audits.
• Analyze quality data and generate performance reports for management review.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5-10+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, with significant leadership responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and relevant industry standards.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, MSA, Lean Six Sigma, 8D problem solving).
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a quality team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Lead Auditor certification for a specialized industry standard (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485)
• Experience with advanced QMS software implementation or optimization
