Salary Range: $66,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor quality inspection and assurance staff.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems (QMS), industry standards, and customer specifications.
• Oversee and optimize incoming, in-process, and final product inspection processes.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor key quality performance indicators and prepare comprehensive quality reports.
• Facilitate and support internal and external quality audits.
• Implement and promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a quality-focused role.
• Strong understanding and practical application of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA).
• Proficiency with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific industry regulatory environments (e.g., FDA, IATF 16949, AS9100)
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Proven track record in leading continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen) initiatives
