Salary Range: $67,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Oversee daily quality control activities and inspection processes on the production floor.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, standards, and work instructions.
• Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant industry regulations.
• Conduct training for production and quality personnel on quality standards and inspection techniques.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• ASQ certification (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor).
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with specific industry regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Previous experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace).
