Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new tooling and fixtures for manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues, optimizing for efficiency and quality.
- Manage the lifecycle of existing tooling, including maintenance, repair, and refurbishment.
- Collaborate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure tooling meets product specifications and manufacturing requirements.
- Conduct tooling trials, validations, and performance analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend new tooling technologies, materials, and processes to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Ensure all tooling complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in tooling design, development, and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam) for tooling design and analysis.
- Strong understanding of various manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, stamping, CNC machining, casting) and their associated tooling.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot tooling issues, implement corrective actions, and optimize tool performance.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, Moldflow, Ansys).
- Familiarity with automation systems and robotics integration in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Background in additive manufacturing for tooling or prototyping applications.
