Salary Range: $47,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Install, commission, and calibrate new production machinery.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation of repairs and parts.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Strong understanding of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) for diagnostics and basic programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Adherence to safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Relevant technical degree or certification (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance (PMs) and documenting work orders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting beyond basic diagnostics.
• Certified in welding (e.g., MIG, TIG) or advanced fabrication skills.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as SAP PM or Maximo.
• HVAC or refrigeration certification.
