Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events across manufacturing operations.
- Implement and sustain Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies such as 5S, SMED, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Identify and eliminate waste (Muda) in production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.
- Analyze production data, processes, and layouts to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
- Develop and deliver training programs on Lean principles and tools for manufacturing personnel.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean initiatives and operational performance.
- Drive the adoption of a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban).
- Demonstrated experience in process analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision making and root cause analysis.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional improvement projects from conception to sustainment.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or simulation tools.
- Demonstrated experience in change management or delivering Lean training programs.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, automation, or digital manufacturing tools.
- Experience applying Lean principles in high-mix/low-volume production environments.
