Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to ensure production continuity and customer fulfillment.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments to align logistics activities with manufacturing schedules.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Ensure compliance with all national and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and customs procedures.
• Monitor and report on key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in inventory control, warehousing operations, transportation management (inbound/outbound), and distribution.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a track record of process optimization.
• In-depth understanding of relevant industry regulations, customs, and trade compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience with WMS/TMS implementation or optimization projects.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with international logistics, customs compliance, and freight forwarding.
