Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products.
• Balance production capacity against sales forecasts and customer demand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and supply chain to align production plans.
• Monitor inventory levels, production progress, and material availability to ensure schedule adherence.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks to optimize workflow.
• Manage lead times and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to present and refine production plans.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for demand forecasting, capacity planning, and production scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and optimization of production schedules.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, manufacturing processes, and inventory management techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, sales, procurement).
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field; APICS CPIM certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software implementation or optimization.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and analysis.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
