Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and plant capacity.
- Balance production demand with available capacity and raw material supply to optimize inventory levels and meet customer delivery dates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, procurement, and logistics to align scheduling activities and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor inventory levels of finished goods and key components, adjusting schedules to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement schedule adjustments to improve efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Manage lead times and ensure the timely availability of materials and resources required for production.
- Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to integrate long-range plans into the MPS.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for planning and scheduling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and supply chain principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification or demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with advanced planning and optimization software (e.g., APS, finite capacity scheduling tools).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for performance tracking and insights.
- APICS CSCP certification or equivalent broader supply chain knowledge.
