Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations and ensure production targets are met.
• Supervise, train, and mentor shop floor employees, assigning tasks and managing performance.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular inspections.
• Ensure quality standards are met by implementing and monitoring quality control procedures.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies, coordinating with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records and generate reports on output, efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to optimize production processes and implement improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
