Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop floor operations and production schedules.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of shop floor employees.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage inventory of materials and supplies, and coordinate procurement.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain equipment and schedule necessary repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Monitor and report on production performance, efficiency, and output.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and meet production goals.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and equipment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a workforce.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency and quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively liaise with operators, management, and other departments.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production schedules.

- - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- - Proficiency in preventative maintenance scheduling and execution.
- - Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior staff.
- - Familiarity with quality control procedures and statistical process control (SPC).
- - Basic understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
