Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations and production schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of shop floor employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies, and coordinate procurement.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain equipment and schedule necessary repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor and report on production performance, efficiency, and output.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and meet production goals.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and equipment.
