Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Manage and mentor a team of shop floor employees, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards.
• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, coordinating with procurement.
• Monitor and control operational costs, identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, health standards, and company policies on the shop floor.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and maintenance, to optimize production processes.
