Salary Range: $67,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and implement PLC logic for new and existing manufacturing automation systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with PLC programs and industrial control systems.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and commissioning of automated equipment and processes.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, HMI interfaces, and control system configurations.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel on control systems.
• Ensure all programming adheres to safety standards, industry regulations, and company best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text) for major platforms (e.g., Rockwell Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal).
• Experience with HMI/SCADA development and configuration (e.g., FactoryTalk View, WinCC).
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, and control system documentation.
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex automation systems and machinery.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience designing and configuring advanced HMI/SCADA systems.
• Proficiency in robot programming (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
• Proven ability to integrate PLCs with databases (e.g., SQL) or higher-level systems (e.g., MES).
• Familiarity with industrial vision system programming and integration.
