Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to optimize stock levels.
- Manage and oversee all cycle counting and physical inventory activities to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and investigate root causes for variances.
- Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and improve inventory turns.
- Coordinate closely with production, purchasing, and warehousing teams to ensure material availability.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and software.
- Forecast future inventory needs based on production schedules and sales demand.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory control, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for inventory management
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory forecasting, demand planning, and optimization techniques (e.g., JIT, Lean Inventory)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI) for reporting and decision-making
- Proven ability to implement and improve inventory control processes, leading to reduced costs and increased efficiency
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for advanced analytics.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Experience with automated warehousing or material handling systems.
