Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of critical IT systems supporting manufacturing operations (e.g., MES, ERP, SCADA).
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi) across production facilities and corporate offices.
• Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures to protect operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) assets.
• Administer server environments (Windows/Linux, virtual/physical) including patching, monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Develop, test, and maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans for all critical manufacturing data and systems.
• Provide advanced technical support (Tier 2/3) for shop floor systems, production software, and end-user issues.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of new technologies and infrastructure projects to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
• Proficiency in managing virtualized environments (VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V) and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
• Demonstrated experience supporting IT systems in an Operational Technology (OT) environment, including familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) or SCADA networks.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Azure AD, and cloud-based services.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues efficiently, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) like SCADA, MES, or PLC networks.
• Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) support and integration.
• Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) security best practices and frameworks (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443).
• Experience supporting shop floor IT equipment (e.g., barcode scanners, label printers, ruggedized PCs).
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation in an industrial context.
