Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for significant equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and optimize predictive and and preventive maintenance strategies using tools like RCM and FMEA.
• Implement and manage condition monitoring programs (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Analyze equipment performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, availability) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and increase uptime.
• Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance and operations teams on reliability best practices.
• Support capital projects by ensuring new equipment meets reliability and maintainability standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• 3-5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset management in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, RCA, and statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Bonus Qualifications

• CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CRL (Certified Reliability Leader) certification.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with specific CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Basic programming skills for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
