Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure manufacturing goals are met.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and processes for all products.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., maintenance, quality, planning) to improve processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team to achieve output and quality targets.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effective interaction with team members and management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or similar continuous improvement training
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and data entry
• Basic PLC troubleshooting or industrial automation exposure
• Experience with new product introduction (NPI) or process scale-up
