Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, production specifications, and regulatory requirements.

• Train, mentor, and provide ongoing guidance to production team members.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.

Recommended Qualifications

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to optimize production efficiency and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
