Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belt projects and teams to achieve significant improvements in manufacturing processes.
• Identify, define, and analyze complex manufacturing problems using Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV).
• Develop and implement strategic solutions to reduce defects, waste, and variation in production.
• Utilize statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and identify root causes of manufacturing issues.
• Drive process improvements that enhance product quality, reduce cycle times, and lower manufacturing costs.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to implement and sustain process changes and improvements.
• Train and coach manufacturing personnel on Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Report on project progress, results, and financial impact to senior management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in process improvement.
• Extensive experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced statistical methodologies.
• Strong ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma tools and techniques.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated expertise in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and developing sustainable solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• - Proficiency in statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python with statistical libraries).
