Key Responsibilities
- Manage all general office administrative tasks, including supplies, equipment, mail, and visitor reception.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor services for the office environment, ensuring a safe and functional workspace.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions, such as new employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and support office budget tracking.

Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) as an Office Manager, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with administrative functions of ERP/MRP systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse staff, vendors, and clients.
