Salary Range: $56,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance requests.
  • Provide administrative support to production, engineering, and management teams.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, including production staff, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Manage vendor relationships for office services, cleaning, and security, ensuring compliance with site policies.
  • Assist with health and safety documentation, training records, and compliance checks relevant to the manufacturing environment.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash, liaising with accounting for financial reconciliation.
  • Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for critical manufacturing documents and certifications.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage administrative operations efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction across all levels.
  • Experience with basic financial tasks, such as budget tracking, invoicing, and managing office procurement.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite)
  • Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and compliance (e.g., OSHA)
  • Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) procurement processes
  • Experience supporting HR functions in a shift-based or plant environment
