Salary Range: $56,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations, including office supplies, mail, and reception.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs for the office area, ensuring a safe and functional environment.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and manufacturing teams.
  • Oversee basic HR functions such as new hire onboarding logistics and personnel record maintenance.
  • Process invoices, manage expense reports, and maintain vendor relationships for office services.
  • Implement and maintain efficient document management and filing systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to office administration.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency with office management software, including ERP systems or manufacturing-specific applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with production, sales, and supply chain teams.
  • Proven ability to manage administrative functions, including scheduling, record-keeping, and facility support.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols (OSHA) or quality standards (ISO 9001)
  • Background in supply chain coordination or procurement support
